DISCLAIMER
Insurance contracts are always subject to change. Either the medical office or the insurance company may decide to terminate a contract for a variety of reasons. Therefore, it is impossible for our office to guarantee that a contract will remain in place for a specified period of time. There are many insurance plans under specific contract umbrellas that may not be in-network with our medical office. It is the patient’s responsibility to verify for themselves with our office and with their insurance provider that their insurance plan is indeed in-network with WIH. Be aware that insurance providers regularly create new plans. Some of the new plans have a narrow network of providers. Our providers may not be included in some of these narrow networks. While we accept some plans from the providers listed below, we may not be in-network with every plan they offer. You should always check with your insurance company to see if our providers are in-network with your specific plan. Please call us with any questions.
